Refund policy
I’m really sorry but I can’t accept returns on personalized items unless it is damaged or faulty. Please check measurements before ordering.
All other items if for some reason you are not happy I will offer a refund (postage is non refundable) or replacement. I am happy for you to return the product (at your own cost) as long as you inform me within 14 days of receiving it and as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition in which it was received. In its original packaging, and not smell of perfume, food or similar .
I must receive the item within 14 days of you first contacting me.You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and i suggest using recorded post as I will not take responsibility for it until it reaches me.
Please include your full name, address, order number, email and reason for the return.
Faulty items - please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the fault and we can provide more information upon receiving this.
